Service-Innovations Study
For several years now in the mechanical engineering sector, approximately 30% of sales and approximately 60% of profits have been generated in the service area. Despite this fact, many companies still fail to focus on service innovations.
In cooperation with the Maschinenbau-Institut of the VDMA (German Engineering Federation), J&M Management Consulting's current study examines the status quo in the area of service innovations. Managers and decision makers from the areas of R&D technology, product management, marketing and customer service were invited to take part in the online survey.
